This guide will walk you through the steps of creating a order with Palletfly if you plan on using the new amazon workflow. Note that we are still working on this guide and there may be changes in the future.

Start a FBA Inbound Shipment once you get a quote

Step 1: Navigate to your seller account
Step 2: Access your inventory or FBA inventory
Step 3: Choose the items for your shipment
Step 4: Click on the action dropdown
Step 5: Hit 'Send/Replenish Inventory'

Continue your Send to Amazon Shipment once you get a shipment email

1. We will email you once your order is ready for shipment.
An example image is provided in our video how the email will look.
2. Confirm ship-from address matches and update if necessary.
3. Verify packaging details and adjust as needed.
Packaging details frequently change from our quote to final packing.
4. Add more packing lines if required.
Select More Input / Add Packing Line / Create New Packing Template.
5. Input additional packing line details provided in our shipment email.
6. Enter the number of boxes per packing line and hit "Ready to Send" after each entry.
7. Press "Confirm and Continue" to load your shipment page.
The page will take a minute to load your shipment.
8. Input the ship date from our email on the Send to Amazon screen for accurate pickup scheduling.

We strongly recommend that you utilize a 3rd party program to allow you to create and save a draft shipment. You can find a 3rd party program under "FBA inventory replenishment" on our resources page Doing so will enable you to avoid these common issues:

• Gated (Restricted) to sell the product (Identifying if you are gated on amazon to sell a product)
• Amazon splitting your shipment (You would need to advise us of the split prior to placing an order to ensure that we are able to comply with the split. Make sure to accept the shipment so that it won't change later. You can always go back later and cancel the shipment. DO NOT purchase shipping until your order is released to our shipping department)
• Inventory limits. Amazon may not allow you to ship in the full order which will result in having to take the order into a 3PL or your location and paying shipping twice.
• Additional Prep - Bubble Wrap, Stickering, ETC (We usually do not offer these services. You would need to check the listing and ask a sales rep if prep would be offered on your order)
• 2D/Transparency Barcodes - some brands only allow their products to be sold by authorized sellers. Amazon has a program that the brand signs up for. Once signed up, all their inventory will require a 2D/Transparency barcode in order for you to resell it. You would need to check the listing and ask a sales rep if 2D/Transparency barcode would be offered on the product in question.
• Hazmat - Amazon categorizes some items as hazardous material and will not allow you to ship the items to their warehouse to have them fulfill orders for you. You will still be able to ship these products on your own to customers. The only difference would be that you would have to have the order shipped straight to you instead of shipping into Amazon.

Using a 3rd party software (Recommended)

1. Follow the instructions that your program offers to create a draft shipment.
2. Input the FBA shipment ID and ship-to location in during checkout on Palletfly

Using Send to Amazon

1. Check for restrictions in your Amazon account
2. If you do not have any issues on Amazon, place a request on Palletfly
3. Await our quote
4. Review your quote carefully and proceed to checkout on our site.
5. During checkout, select Shipping option to FBA. (Ignore the request to create a mock shipment)
6. In the FBA shipment ID, enter in FBA

Note that our new system does not require a mock shipment as we were requiring previously. Due to the changes in Amazon's system, you will be unable to create a mock shipment. Our quotes will contain important routing information. Be sure to check that prior to checking out.

We will soon be moving to a new system that requires a backup address or signed warehouse contract prior to shipping any shipments straight to FBA.

Fee table for all orders moving forward for warehouses that offer these services. The services avail will be noted in the listing notes on each product page:

• FBA Box labels - $2 each box
• FBA Pallet labels - $2 each pallet
• Split shipments - $25 each shipment (separate address and separate PDF attachments are considered to be split shipments)
• UPS / Fedex pickup scheduling - $20 for a single daily pickup
