How to access the send/replenish legacy shipment creation workflow in seller central

This guide will explain how to get to the send/replenish legacy shipment creation workflow in seller central. This feature will only work for legacy users that show these options. If you do not see the prompts below on your workflow, you are unable to use this system and must go with other recommendations we have on our draft shipments guide

The new Send to Amazon is now mandatory for most users.

Instructions:

  1. Go to your Seller Central / Inventory / Manage FBA Inventory
  2. Find the product you are shipping. Select Send/Replenish Inventory from the dropdown located on the right side nested in the down arrow.
  3. Press Go back to the previous workflow button

If you are not seeing the options above, you have most likely been routed to the Send to Amazon system

Instructions to leave Send to Amazon > Legacy Workflow

1. From the Send to Amazon page, locate and click the old workflow will remain available link

2. Click the Submit survey and go back to the previous workflow button. (It does not matter what you put in the survey)
