Customer Shipping Guide - SPD to FBA, Customer Paying

This guide will assist you in creating a SPD (small parcel delivery) shipment using Amazon Seller Central
Note: Amazon may change their requirements at any time without notifying Palletfly. Therefore, we highly recommend that you utilize the help section within your seller central to learn how to use tools built and maintained by Amazon. Amazon's guides can currently be found on this link (subject to change)

Steps

  1. Only proceed to this step once you have received an email from us notifying you that the order has been moved to the shipping stage. Sample is below
  2. Follow the steps in Amazon's guide and use our email to fill in the information.
  3. Ensure the Ship-From matches in your shipment to the Ship-From in our email. (NOTE the below image is an example. Do not use that address. Use the ship-from address that is on the email.)
  4. Select Create new packing template
  5. A popup should appear. Input the information we sent you into the template (NOTE that the sample below is input with sample information. Do not use those details. Use what is on the email)
  6. Under Who preps units, press Select category and fill in as needed (most products are No prep needed besides for glass or delicate items. If there is prep needed, you will need to have amazon do the prep)

  7. Save the template and enter the amount of boxes from our shipment email into seller central then press Ready to send
  8. In step 2, enter the ready date on our email and select small parcel delivery (SPD)
  9. Scroll down and select UPS (Amazon partnered carrier) option, then press the Accept charges and confim shipping button
  10. Print labels in both formats by selecting each of the 2 options and press print
  11. Press the download button
  12. Save as PDF with your shipment ID (Note that we just put SID12345. Do not use that. Use the shipment ID in the email
  13. Reply all directly back to the shipment email with the attachements. (Do not make a new thread, modify the subject line or add or remove Palletfly contacts on the email), DONE!
