Palletfly serves as the exclusive online distributor for a growing number of brands, enabling online sellers to source directly through us while maintaining compliance with each brand’s policies and Amazon’s authorization requirements.
This program is designed to streamline the process of becoming an authorized reseller, ensuring that sellers can list products confidently and avoid issues related to brand restrictions or policy violations.

Receive official authorization letters from participating brands through Palletfly.
📦 Verified Supply Chain:
All purchases are fully invoiced through Palletfly tracing back to the brand, satisfying supply chain verification requirements for platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Temu.
🔐 Brand Protection Compliance:
Resellers must adhere to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies, ensuring consistency and fairness in online listings.

Sellers gain access to approved product data, images, and brand materials - ensuring listings meet the brand’s standards.

Letters of authorization are issued in weekly batches for efficiency and consistency.
To qualify for authorization under a brand’s program:
- Minimum annual purchase commitment required per brand
- Payment of a $200 annual administrative fee
- Agreement to uphold MAP pricing and branding guidelines
- Valid online seller account in good standing (Amazon, Walmart, or similar platform)
Registration by Email: All brand authorization requests are processed manually through email to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Request a Quote:
Send quote requests for the brand’s products you’re interested in purchasing. You must meet the brand’s minimum purchase requirement to qualify for authorization. - Email Your Authorization Request:
Send an email to info@palletfly.com with the following details:
- Subject: Brand Authorization Letter Request - [Brand Name]
- Include the IDs for the quote requests you have open. - Complete Your Order:
After you receive the order quotes, complete your purchase directly through the Palletfly website to satisfy the minimum order obligation. - Receive Your Invoices:
You’ll receive:
- Invoice(s) for your product order
- A $200 administrative fee invoice (required annually and shared with the brand) - Make Payment:
Submit payment for your open balance. Once payment clears, your authorization request will be batched for processing.
Authorization letters and approvals are issued once weekly.
Upon completion, you’ll receive your brand authorization letter and be officially added to the Authorized Reseller List for that brand.
Eligibility & Enrollment:
a) Participation is open only to sellers who have been approved in writing by the brand and Palletfly.
b) Sellers must maintain a valid and good‑standing online seller account (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Temu) and comply with all marketplace rules.
c) Enrollment is subject to payment of the annual administrative fee and meeting the minimum purchase commitment.
d) Approval is at the discretion of the brand and Palletfly.
Minimum Purchase Commitment & Fees:
a) Sellers agree to the minimum annual purchase volume for each brand as specified in the program.
b) Sellers will pay an annual administrative fee (e.g., US $200) upon authorization, and renewal each year should they continue participation per brand.
c) Failure to meet the annual minimum or pay the fee may result in expiration or revocation of authorization.
d) Any modifications or updates requested to an existing authorization letter will incur a $200 administrative fee.
Authorized Reseller Status & Authorization Letter:
a) Upon approval, seller receives a letter of authorization that confirms their right to sell the brand’s products via the authorized channel within (7) business days.
b) The authorization letter is valid for one year (unless a different period is specified) and subject to renewal.
c) Seller may not represent themselves as an authorized reseller of the brand until the authorization letter is received.
d) Sellers must maintain the correct information on their Palletfly account. Letters will be issued using the data stored on the Palletfly account.
Supply Chain & Invoicing Compliance:
a) All purchases by the seller for participation must go through Palletfly, with full invoicing traceable to the brand.
b) Sellers must retain and produce records/invoices should marketplaces or brand request verification.
c) Palletfly may monitor or audit sales and purchases to ensure compliance with supply‑chain and documentary requirements.
MAP Policy & Branding Guidelines:
a) Sellers must strictly adhere to the brand’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy and any other pricing restrictions communicated by the brand or Palletfly.
b) Sellers must use approved product data, images, and branding materials only - no unapproved modifications or misrepresentations of the brand.
c) Violation of MAP policy or brand representation guidelines may trigger corrective actions (warning, suspension, termination) as outlined in the program.
Marketing & Digital Asset Use:
a) The brand may supply approved marketing assets to sellers (product images, descriptions, etc.).
b) Any co‑branded campaigns require prior written approval by the brand (and may involve Palletfly).
c) The brand and Palletfly may agree to joint marketing efforts (e.g., digital advertising) with seller’s listings benefiting from those campaigns; seller is responsible for any ad spend, but no additional program fee unless specified.
Termination & Suspension:
a) Palletfly or the brand may suspend or terminate the seller’s authorization immediately for material breach of terms (e.g., MAP violation, non‑payment, supply chain non‑compliance).
b) Upon termination, the seller must cease representing themselves as an authorized reseller of any of the brands, remove listings if required, and cease using brand and distributor logos unless otherwise permitted.
c) Termination does not relieve seller from paying any outstanding fees or meeting minimum obligations up to the termination date.
d) Sellers that are removed for any breach will be banned from participating in all brands for which they hold authorization through Palletfly.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
a) Sellers acknowledge the brand retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, images and branding.
b) Sellers are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use such assets for the sole purpose of listing authorized stock under this program, subject to compliance with usage guidelines.
c) The brand and Palletfly reserve the right to withdraw use of any asset or branding at any time for cause.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
a) Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the brand and Palletfly from any claim, loss or liability arising from the seller’s non‑compliance with marketplace rules, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
b) Palletfly and the brand will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from participation in this program or any reseller’s marketplace business.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
a) This agreement of participation shall be governed by the laws of the state specified by Palletfly (e.g., State of New York).
b) Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved first by good‑faith negotiation; if unresolved, parties may pursue arbitration.
c) Venue for any court proceeding shall be in the jurisdiction specified by Palletfly.
Amendments & Program Changes
a) Palletfly and the brand reserve the right to modify or update these terms (or program parameters such as minimums, fees, or processes) upon written notice to approved sellers.
b) Continued participation by the seller after notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
