There are 3 sections in the user registration form:

1. Account

• Company Name: Your official business name.
• Dba: Doing Business As, if applicable.
• US Tax ID: Your business's tax identification number.
• Website: Your company's website.
• Authorized Buyer First Name: First name of the person authorized to make purchases.
• Authorized Buyer Last Name: Last name of the person authorized to make purchases.
• Email Address: Your email address.
• Confirm Email Address: Confirm your email address.
• Buyer Office Number: Your office phone number.
• Buyer Cellphone Number: Your mobile phone number.
• Create Password: Create a password for your account.
• Confirm Password: Confirm your password.
• Next Step button: Proceed to the next section.

2. Billing Information

• Address Line 1: Your billing address.
• Address Line 2: Additional address information.
• Suit, Apt, etc.: Suite or apartment number.
• City: Your city.
• State: Your state.
• Country: Select your country.
• Zip /Postal Code: Your postal code.
• Office Phone Number: Your office phone number.
• Previous Step: Go back to the previous section.
• Next Step: Proceed to the next section.

3. Shipping Information

• I don’t have a warehouse: Option if you don't have a warehouse.
• Add Warehouse Form:
  • Warehouse Nickname: A name for your warehouse.
  • First Name: First name of the warehouse contact.
  • Last Name: Last name of the warehouse contact.
  • Address Line 1: Warehouse address.
  • Address Line 2: Additional warehouse address information.
  • Suit, Apt, etc.: Suite or apartment number.
  • City: Warehouse city.
  • State: Warehouse state.
  • Zip: Warehouse postal code.
  • Warehouse Phone: Warehouse phone number.
  • Warehouse Contact Name: Name of the warehouse contact.
  • Warehouse Contact Email: Email of the warehouse contact.
  • Warehouse Working Hours: Working hours of the warehouse.
  • Is this a residential address?: Specify if the address is residential.
  • Does your location require a liftgate?: Specify if a liftgate is needed.
  • Do you require appointments for delivery or pick up?: Specify if appointments are needed.
  • Special Notes: Any additional notes.
• Previous Step: Go back to the previous section.
• Add Another Warehouse: Add another warehouse if needed.
• Review Data: Review the entered data.

After completing all sections, review the data for accuracy before submission.

Once you submit the form, you will be directed to a welcome screen that advises you to check your emails so that you can press the button required to verify your email address.
