• SPD (small parcel delivery).
• Shipping to Your Location.
• You have not pre-paid Palletfly for shipping.

1. Receive Shipment Notification: Palletfly will send you an email notification once your order is ready for shipment and designated for SPD delivery. This email will include essential shipment details and instructions for proceeding with the SPD process.
2. Contract Carrier: Contract a SPD carrier. (Note that we do not accept USPS)
3. Generate Shipping Labels: Retrieve shipping labels that are sized 4 x 6 and 8.5 x 5.5 (2 per page) which are in PDF printable format.
4. Send Labels: Respond back to the shipment email thread with the PDF shipping labels attached. Do not make a new email thread, modify the subject line or add or remove Palletfly contacts on the email.
