1. Receive Shipment Notification: Palletfly will send you an email notification once your order is ready for shipment.
2. Palletfly contracts freight: Palletfly will send you a follow up email with notification of carrier selection.
3. Palletfly coordinates carrier hand-off: Palletfly will coordinate with the warehouse and carrier to facilitate pickup of your order.
4. Shipment notification: Palletfly will send you an email notification once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

1. Contact Information: Ensure that the contact information on file is up-to-date so that the carrier can communicate with you to facilitate delivery. (You can view the contact information in your Account Settings under shipping addresses)
2. Communicate with carrier: If further communication is required to complete delivery of your order, ensure that you communicate with the carrier directly.
