Instructions
Receive Shipment Notification: Palletfly will send you an email notification once your order is ready for shipment and designated for LTL or FTL delivery. This email will include essential shipment details and instructions for proceeding with the LTL or FTL process.
- Contract Carrier: Contract a LTL or FTL carrier. Include our LTL contact as the pickup contact:

- Email: ltl-pickup@palletfly.com - Generate BOL: Retrieve BOL from your carrier in PDF printable format.
- Send BOL: Respond back to the shipment email thread with the PDF shipping labels attached. Do not make a new email thread, modify the subject line or add or remove Palletfly contacts on the email.
- Tracking Information: Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details if offered by your carrier. (You can track your shipment with most standard carriers using a PRO number on their website)
- Communicate with carrier: If further communication is required to complete delivery of your order, ensure that you communicate with the carrier directly.
