Palletfly acts as an intermediary to facilitate the shipping of your products to Your Location. By partnering with Palletfly, you can leverage their expertise in logistics, handling, and compliance with carrier requirements. This collaboration aims to streamline the shipping process, minimize errors, and optimize costs.

Shipping Handler Options

You can choose between different shipping handler options at the shipping stage:

  1. Palletfly handles shipping - invoiced: If Palletfly included a shipping rate on your invoice, Palletfly will handle your shipping from pick up to carrier hand-off.
  2. Palletfly handles shipping - new request: If Palletfly did not include a shipping rate on your invoice, you can request shipping rates by responding to the shipment email Please book shipping to let our team know you.
  3. Customer handles shipping: If Palletfly did not include a shipping rate on your invoice, it would be your responsibility to handle the shipping.
  4. In-Person Pickup: If the goods are shipping from 2493 Mcdonald Ave, Brooklyn NY 11223, you can request an in person pickup to collect the order from our location.
Shipment Type

The shipment email will detail the method in which the shipment has been prepared. You may request a change in method by communicating on the shipment email thread. Note that changes may not be approved or may carry additional fees.

  • SPD: Small Parcel Delivery
  • LTL: Less Then a Truckload
  • FTL: Full Truckload
