Shipping Quotes to FBA

In very few scenarios, customers will require a shipping quote to FBA. At Palletfly, we always strive to provide customer's with accurate information, including shipping quotes, but there are specific requirements and processes to follow.

Limitations During Cart and Quote Process

During the cart stage and the initial quote process, we are unable to provide a definitive shipping quote. If we have not yet finalized the packing of the order, your shipment may change if we have changes on our side. Obtaining a confirmed ship-to address requires the seller to complete a FBA shipment in Seller Central and is a violation of Amazon's terms for creating shipments.

However, you can get shipping estimates by starting a Send to FBA shipment without finalizing it. This approach allows you to see potential costs without violating Amazon’s terms.

When We Can Provide Shipping Quotes

We can only obtain a shipping quote to FBA once your order is packed and FBA labels are provided to our team.

Steps to Obtain a Shipping Quote to FBA

If you need Palletfly to get a shipping quote for an FBA location, follow these steps at the shipment stage:

  1. Create a Send to FBA Shipment: Use the information we provided to create a shipment in your Seller Central account.
  2. Select Non-Amazon Partner Carrier: Choose the option for Non-Amazon partner carrier and select “Other” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Generate FBA Labels: Produce the required FBA labels that must be affixed to your shipment.
  4. Provide Shipment Details to Palletfly: Respond to the shipment email and include the following details:
    1. FBA labels
    2. ARN or FBA ID from the shipment
    3. Write "Please quote shipping to FBA" in the email.
