1. No Direct Shipping to 3rd Party Warehouses:
   • Some warehouses do not ship directly to any 3rd party warehouses. Instead, they only ship to Palletfly's warehouse. If this restriction applies:
     • Palletfly will transfer the merchandise to our own warehouse for onward shipment to your location.
     • This process typically occurs seamlessly in the background. You will only be notified if there are delays or unforeseen challenges.

1. No Scheduling of Own Freight:
   • Certain warehouses do not permit Palletfly to schedule its own freight. In such cases:
     • You will be billed for shipping costs on a case-by-case basis.
     • Prior to checking out your order, you can request a shipping quote by selecting the Palletfly Quote Shipping option.
     • Freight charges are typically around 10% of the total cost of goods.

1. Utilization of Warehouse for Shipping to FBA:
   • Some warehouses require using their facilities for shipping to Amazon FBA.
   • If this applies:
     • You need to generate the necessary FBA labels (box/pallet labels) for the shipment.
     • Similar to other scenarios, you can request a shipping quote before checkout using the Palletfly Quote Shipping option.
     • Freight charges usually amount to approximately 10% of the total cost of goods.
