Cart Routing for FBA

During the checkout process on Palletfly.com, it is essential to make accurate selections to ensure your order is processed correctly for FBA. Failure to do so can lead to issues such as shipping without FBA labels or holding up the order process.

Cart routing for FBA

Routing Request to FBA
  1. Select "Amazon" in the "Where do you plan on selling these items?"
This ensures the order is identified for Amazon FBA processing.
  2. Select "Straight To FBA" in the "Where do you plan to ship this order?"
This routes the shipment straight to Amazon's fulfillment centers. Note that you should not finalize a plan with Amazon prior to the order being ready as it violates their terms and cause other issues.
  3. Confirm the FBA Terms
Review and confirm the terms for FBA processing to ensure you understand the risks and process.
Batching Orders

Note: We do not recommend selecting "Batch Order" for FBA orders since Amazon may require you to restructure the shipment later on.

Who will handle shipping
  • Customer to provide shipping documents
We recommend selecting this option. This option will work if you plan on having Amazon Partner Carriers or your own carrier pick up the order.
  • Palletfly will provide a shipping quote after payment and packing
Only select this if you have a specific reason why you need Palletfly to ship your order. Note that this method will be more expensive than shipping with Amazon Partner Carriers.
  • Palletfly to quote shipping
This option should not be selected as we do not have a confirmed ship-to address to be able to quote shipping at this stage. Obtaining a confirmed ship-to address requires the seller to complete a FBA shipment in Seller Central and is a violation of Amazon's terms for creating shipments.
