During the checkout process on Palletfly.com, it is essential to make accurate selections to ensure your order is processed correctly. Failure to do so can lead to issues such as shipping to the wrong address.

Warehouse Override

Occasionally, warehouses may override your selected routing (e.g., choosing LTL for a single box). We strive to include notes on your order quote. If not, we'll communicate changes at the invoice or shipment stage. Do not book shipping before receiving a shipment email labeled with SID.

Ship-To: Specify the destination for your order.

  • Straight to FBA: Select if your order is destined for an Amazon FBA center.
  • My Location: Choose if the order will be shipped to your specified location.

Batch Orders: Indicate if orders shipping from and to the same location should be consolidated into one shipment.

  • Yes: Opt for this if you prefer batching orders together.
  • No: Choose this if you want each order shipped separately.

Who will handle shipping: Clarify who will manage the shipping process.

  • Customer to provide shipping documents: Select if you will handle shipping logistics and provide necessary documents.
  • Palletfly to quote shipping: Opt for Palletfly to provide a shipping quote.
  • Palletfly will provide a shipping quote after payment and packing: Choose this option if you prefer Palletfly to quote shipping costs after payment and packing.

After Checkout

After checkout and payment, your order will be prepared by the warehouse. Upon preparation, you will receive detailed shipment information via email titled with a shipment ID (SID).

  • All shipping-related communication must be conducted within the shipment email thread, with all relevant parties CC'd. Submit documents exclusively within this thread to prevent shipping errors.
