Send to WFS

Sending your products to Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is a streamlined process that ensures efficient order fulfillment for your customers. This is the overview of steps taken when shipping to Walmart with Palletfly.

Note that these features are in the planning stage and are not yet online.

Selecting Send to WFS in Cart on Palletfly
  1. Check for Restrictions in Your Walmart Account:
    1. Verify that there are no issues with selling the product on Walmart.
    2. Ensure compliance with Walmart’s guidelines and policies.
  2. Add the Item to Your Cart on Palletfly:
    1. Select the product you want to send to WFS.
    2. Within your cart, under 'Where do you plan to ship this order?' select "Straight To WFS". (this feature is not available yet)
Create a Shipment Plan

Note that these steps may vary as Walmart is actively updating their process.

  1. Navigate to Your Walmart Seller Center Account:
  2. Go to 'Manage Inventory'.
  3. Select the products you want to send to WFS.
  4. Set Ship From Address: Verify and, if necessary, update the ship-from address to match the location where your products are currently stored.
  5. Create Shipment:
  6. Click on 'Create a New Shipment' to proceed to the shipment creation page.
  7. Input the ship date provided in your shipment email to schedule accurate pickup by Walmart’s carriers.
  8. Review Shipment Details: Double-check all shipment details including quantities, packaging, and shipping addresses.
Generate Shipping Labels
  1. Download Labels: Walmart will provide you with shipping labels to be affixed to your shipment boxes or pallets. Download these labels as instructed.
  2. Send Documents to Palletfly: Once the documents are prepared, email them on the designated shipment email thread.
Track Shipment
  1. Monitor the Status: Use the Walmart Seller Center to monitor the status of your shipment to ensure it reaches Walmart’s fulfillment center smoothly.
  2. Complete Shipment: After your shipment is received and processed by Walmart, track the inventory levels and sales through your Seller Center dashboard.
Fee Table for Additional Services (When Offered)

Note that these fees may vary and must be quoted per order. This is a general Fee Table for most scenarios where we offer the service in-house:

  • SKU Labels: $0.50 each unit
  • WFS Box Labels: $2 each box
  • WFS Pallet Labels: $2 each pallet
  • Split Shipments: $25 each shipment (Separate address and separate PDF attachments are considered split shipments)
  • UPS / FedEx Pickup Scheduling: $20 for a single daily pickup
