What to do if you're missing information during registration

If you've started the registration process but realized that some required information is missing, don't worry. We're here to assist you in completing your registration smoothly. Missing Company Name

Solution: If you don't have a company name, you can enter your own name in the Company Name field.

Missing Tax ID
  • Solution for Sole Proprietors: If you're purchasing as a sole proprietor, you can enter your Social Security Number.
  • Solution for International Buyers: If you're purchasing from outside the US, you can enter "Out of Country" in the Tax ID field.
  • Solution for Others: Otherwise, please provide your Tax ID to ensure tax-free wholesale transactions.
Missing Warehouse Information

Solution: During registration, you can select the toggle indicating that you do not have a warehouse.

Missing Billing Address

Solution: Enter your primary address as the billing address. It's essential to have a valid billing address on file for account verification and transaction purposes.
