Using the Orders Page on Palletfly

The Orders page on Palletfly.com simplifies the process of checking out and managing your orders, providing users with a clear interface to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Overview of Tabs:
  • Order Checkout: This tab is where you complete the checkout process for items that have been placed into the order queue from previous steps.
  • Order List: This tab shows all your current and past orders, making it easy to track and manage them.
Steps for Using the Checkout Tab:
  1. Ensure Products Are Ready for Checkout: Before you can proceed with the checkout, the products must be moved from "Ready to Checkout" to "Checkout Processing." You can do this on the Request Detail page or through the Quotes Dashboard under the Ready for Checkout tab. See the previous guide for more detailed instructions on this process.
  2. Navigate to the Order Checkout Tab: Visit the Order Checkout page.
  3. Review Your Order: Double-check all order details, including quantities, products, and prices, to ensure everything is accurate before proceeding.
  4. Sign the Order: On the signature line, click the Click to Sign text to electronically sign your order.
  5. Place the Order: Once everything is confirmed, press the Finalize Agreement button to finalize your purchase.
