Here is the basic information on how the buyer circle order consolidation works.
As a Buyer Circle member, you can place smaller orders that don’t meet traditional wholesale MOQs. When you place an order, it is added to a collective pool of orders from other members. These smaller orders are collected and batched together to meet the supplier’s minimum order requirements.
Once enough orders are received to meet the supplier's minimums, we process the batch and place a consolidated order with the supplier. This allows us to source products more efficiently, ensuring that even smaller orders get the same wholesale benefits without you having to meet large MOQ requirements.
Once the consolidated order is fulfilled by the supplier, the entire shipment is sent to Palletfly’s facility. Here, we carefully receive, inspect, and verify the products to ensure that they meet the necessary standards and match your order details.
After the products are received, our team reorganizes the bulk shipment into individual orders for each customer who placed an order. Whether you ordered one case pack or a few SKUs, your products are separated and prepared for final delivery.
Once your individual order is ready, we send you a notification with shipping details. You can then choose to have your order shipped directly to your location or an Amazon FBA center, based on your needs. Any associated shipping and handling costs will be calculated at this stage and charged separately.
Supplier standard lead times are stated on each product. The timeline for receiving your buyer circle order depends on how quickly we can accumulate enough orders to meet supplier minimums. This time is added to the total wait time to fill your order. The standard time we add for buyer circle orders is 10 days. While we aim to process orders as efficiently as possible, items may occasionally sell out during the order consolidation period. In these cases, we'll notify you promptly and work with you to adjust your order if necessary.
