Sourcing Products

Palletfly sources products through established relationships with brands and distributors, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection of items for our customers. Our goal is to provide a reliable inventory that meets the needs of various resellers across different markets.

How We Source Products:

Direct Relationships: We collaborate directly with brands and authorized distributors to source products. This approach allows us to offer genuine and reliable products to our customers.

Closeout Distributors: We work with closeouts distributors for well priced items. We list these items with a note on each product listing so that you know when items come from a closeout distributor.

Requesting Specific Products:

If you are looking for a particular brand or product, Palletfly can assist in sourcing it for you. To facilitate this process, we require the following information:

  1. List of Products: Provide a detailed list of the specific products you need.
  2. Quantity: Specify the quantity required for each product to ensure we meet your supply needs.
  3. Target Price: Indicate your target purchase price for each item, helping us negotiate the best possible deal on your behalf.
  4. Target Sale Market: Let us know the market or platform where you intend to sell these products (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay), as this may influence our ability to source the items.
  5. Brand Contact: If possible, provide direct contact information for a sales representative from the brand in question. This will expedite the sourcing process.
  6. Timeframe: Specify any deadlines or time constraints for when you need the products, allowing us to prioritize your request accordingly.
  7. Product Specifications: Include any specific product details, such as packaging requirements, expiration dates, or special certifications, to ensure the products meet your exact needs.
  8. Logistics Preferences: If you have particular logistics preferences (e.g., shipping methods, warehouse locations), please let us know, so we can factor these into the sourcing process.
