Goods Not Received at FBA

If you're facing issues with items not being received into Amazon FBA, follow these steps.

  1. Allow Time for Amazon to Receive Inventory: Sometimes, Amazon may take up to 30 days to process and receive your inventory. During this period, check the shipment status periodically.
  2. Check Shipment Status: Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account and navigate to the "Manage FBA Shipments" section. Check the status of your shipment. If it shows as "Closed," proceed to the next step.
  3. Reconcile Tab Check: Within the shipment details, look for the "Reconcile" tab. This tab allows you to view any discrepancies or issues Amazon may have noted regarding your shipment.
  4. Gather Required Documents: Ensure you have the necessary documentation ready:
    1. Invoice: This should be provided with your purchase. If needed, retrieve a paid copy from the original invoice email thread using the "Pay & View" button.
    2. BOL (Bill of Lading): If your shipment was palletized, you'll need a copy of the signed BOL. Request this through the shipment email thread.
  5. Open a case with Amazon: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Amazon Seller Support directly. Open a case with them to inquire about the status of your shipment and any specific actions required from your end.
