Steps to File a Defective Claim

  2. Document & Image Review: Gather all relevant documents:
    1. Original Invoice: Ensure you have a copy of the invoice showing the expected quantity.
    2. Images: Any images of damage to shipping boxes or missing units.
  3. Contact Palletfly
    1. Respond directly to the shipment thread for the specific product in question.
    2. Include the following information in your email:
      1. Issue Type: Write "Defective Claim."
      2. Detailed Explanation: Describe the defect(s) clearly and provide any relevant details regarding how the defect affects the item's usability or function.
      3. Quantity Details:
        1. Specify the quantity of defective units, cartons, or pallets.
