In the shipping stage of the buying process on Palletfly.com, you'll be finalizing and managing your shipment for the products you purchased and are ready to ship. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Shipping Overview
- Shipping not included in price: Palletfly's pricing does not include shipping or Amazon-mandated prep unless otherwise stated on the product page. Estimated shipping rates provided are for projection purposes only and will not be billed or honored.
- Direct Shipping to Amazon FBA: We can ship all items offered on our site directly to Amazon’s FBA centers unless otherwise noted on the listing.
- Amazon Prep Requirements: We do not cover ASIN labeling, bubble wrapping, or any other Amazon-required prep unless specified on the product listing.
Recommended Shipping Practices
- Using Amazon Seller Central: For shipping straight to FBA, we strongly recommend using Amazon Seller Central to purchase freight due to their competitive rates.
- Palletfly Shipping Network: Palletfly has a network of over 100 freight companies. We can assist you with a shipping quote once your order is ready. Our standard quotes include carrier mandatory insurance and estimated transit times. For specific requests, respond to the shipment thread with your request for a shipping quote.
- Customer provided documents: You can provide your own shipping documents at the shipment stage, which must be from a registered carrier.
Review Shipment Details
- Shipment Email: You will receive an email titled with a shipment ID containing order pickup information.

- Pickup Date: Set to the day specified on the lead time in your shipment email.
- Sending Shipping Documents: Send shipping documents ONLY in response to the shipment email. Do not send them in response to the invoice or to your sales rep.
- Shipment Handling Warning: Do not break up the shipment on your own or use any other email thread for sending shipping documents.
Pickup and Confirmation
- Arranging Pickup: Once documents are received, Palletfly will arrange a pickup to collect goods from our partner warehouse. Do not contact the carrier or Amazon directly, as this may create a conflicting pickup and void your shipment.
- Shipping Confirmation: We will confirm when the order has shipped. Most carriers provide a PRO number or tracking link to monitor your order's progress in real time.
Disposal of Goods
Handling Unshipped Orders: If we do not receive shipping documents from you within 7 business days of sending the shipment email, the order may be disposed of at the warehouse per our standard terms of sale. Additionally, the order may accrue storage fees after the initial 7 days. We make every effort to facilitate prompt shipping to prevent this situation.
