Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide shipping documents promptly.
  • When using our freight services, understand that it comes with certain complications.

  • Review our documentation prior to asking questions directly.
  • We generally do not provide live images of stock as it is time-consuming and damages the master case packaging of the products.
Communication Protocol
  • Our sales team primarily works off email. This ensures clear, documented communication for future reference.
  • Our customer service line is 347-450-1740. Our customer service agents are here to answer general questions.
  • Be sure to search our knowledgebase prior to engaging with our team as most questions are answered better and more accurately.
Selling On Amazon
  • We have limited support for Amazon's systems as they are a separate company. Amazon has a much larger team, more documents, and constantly changing rules. You should research any Amazon related information directly with Amazon.
  • We cannot assist with Amazon ungating as Amazon is not willing to cooperate with us on this matter.
  • If there is a account selling issue after a sale is done and the goods are shipped, we can provided support by means of an attorney or reactivation specialist.
  • We have very limited tools to assist with Amazon shipping documents. You should contact Amazon for any shipping document related inquiry.
Processing Times
  • Processing requests and orders takes time. Our goal is to process everything as soon as possible.
  • Each request needs to be reviewed to ensure accuracy and compliance with our and supplier standards.
  • We may need to wait for suppliers to respond to us, which can extend those times.
  • Shipping quotes can take additional time as we need to collect shipping information and quote out rates with multiple brokers for the cheapest prices.
  • Packing orders takes time. Each supplier has their own order queue and usually dedicate their logistics team to larger orders first.
  • We provide estimated packing times on our quotes to assist in the process. However, these times are estimates and are not 100% reliable.
  • Invoices are not generated automatically. Instead, they are batched together twice a day and processed manually to ensure accuracy.
