Guide to Appealing Amazon Invoice Rejection and Getting Ungated

If you have applied for approval on Amazon using our invoice and received a rejection, don't worry; we are here to assist you through the appeal process. Follow these additional instructions to increase your chances of appealing the decision successfully:

Instructions for Requesting Palletfly Assistance:

1. Forward Rejection Email: When you receive the rejection email from Amazon, promptly forward the entire email to info@palletfly.com. It's crucial not to modify the content of the email. Simply hit the forward button, input info@palletfly.com as the recipient, attach the invoice used as a PDF, and send the email.
2. Attach Original Invoice: Make sure to attach the actual invoice document you submitted with the case. This will help provide the necessary documentation for your appeal.
3. Resubmit Application with CC: Resubmit your application on Amazon, and this time, include info@palletfly.com as a CC (carbon copy) in the communication. This will keep us informed of the ongoing process and enable us to assist you better.

Once our team receives the above information, it will be sent to your sales representative who will in turn attempt to reach Amazon's ungating team. We may also issue you a letter of invoice verification along with our email to Amazon's ungating team.

Different Submission Methods:

Sellers have reported success by resubmitting the same invoice with the following methods:

• Use a physically printed version of the invoice: Print the invoice, scan it, or take a picture with your camera, and then upload it to Amazon.
• Use a physically printed version of the invoice and handwrite the UPC & ASIN: Print the invoice, write the UPC & ASIN by hand, then scan it or take a picture with your camera, and upload it to Amazon.
• Use a physically printed version of the invoice and highlight areas that Amazon may have missed: Print the invoice, highlight the relevant information, then scan it or take a picture with your camera, and upload it to Amazon.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Many sellers have reported that they resubmitted the same invoice 5+ times before Amazon approved them. Try using the submission methods mentioned above and consider writing your comments on the case (not on the invoice) to further support your appeal. Persistence can often be key in the ungating process.
