Sending Palletfly Zelle payments

Sending a payment to Palletfly using Zelle is quick and easy. Here are the instructions:

Zelle instructions:

1. Locate the zelle feature with your bank. For more detailed instructions on using Zelle, you can visit their website here.
2. Within your zelle account, input the following information to send funds to Palletfly: 
   1. Enter the amount you wish to send to Palletfly.
   2. Add a note with your company name (the one we have on file) and your invoice/reference number.
   3. Set the recipient as ZELLE@PALLETFLY.COM for your Zelle payment.
3. Log your payment on our Payment Information Collection Form. This will help us quickly locate your payment, especially if there is no or unclear information on the zelle transaction. You can access the form here.

Applying Payments to invoices

• Once your Zelle payment clears with our bank, our accounting department will apply the payment. Please note that while Zelle is advertised as an instant service, it may take at least 1 business day for the funds to clear.
• Payments will be applied to any invoices we have on file for your company in chronological order, starting from the oldest to the newest.

Partial Payments

• If your Zelle limit does not allow you to send the full balance of an invoice, you can send the payments in increments until the balance is satisfied.
• During this time, you may continue to receive payment reminders, but you can safely ignore them.
• If you receive cancellation warnings due to partial payments, please respond directly to those emails and inform us that you are sending partial payments using Zelle

Incorrectly Labeled Payments

• If you have sent a Zelle payment but forgot to include your company name or invoice number, we strongly advise you to log your payment on our form here
• Failure to provide your company name or invoice information on the Zelle payment may make it extremely difficult for us to match the payment to your Palletfly account. Since Zelle only includes a sender name, which often doesn't match any person or company we have on record, it becomes crucial to include the necessary information with your payment.
• If you fail to provide the required information, such as your company name and invoice number, when making a payment through Zelle, it may significantly hinder our ability to locate and associate the payment with your Palletfly account. This can result in various issues, including delays in processing your order, difficulties in reconciling your invoice, or even the funds not being properly associated with your account.
• In case you've already made a payment without including the necessary information, we strongly advise you to fill out the Payment Information Collection Form shared above. This will help us in cross-referencing your payment and associating it correctly with your Palletfly account.
