The situation seems to be worsening. Supply in the cleaning & protective categories has become extremely tight. Demand has brought prices up tremendously. We are doing the best we can to source products for our clients in this time of need. We are also investing much of our efforts and time to make this inventory available to our current clients as well as institutions in need. 

Therefore, we've put together a email list (signup here) for those that are looking to purchase in these categories. An updated list will be sent out once a day. This list will also be available online here and will be updated as frequently as possible. Individual emails will be sent out as supply becomes available.

Temporarily prioritizing products coming into our fulfillment centers

Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon,

We are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 and its impact on our customers, selling partners, and employees.

We are seeing increased online shopping, and as a result some products such as household staples and medical supplies are out of stock. With this in mind, we are temporarily prioritizing household staples, medical supplies, and other high-demand products coming into our fulfillment centers so that we can more quickly receive, restock, and deliver these products to customers. 
For products other than these, we have temporarily disabled shipment creation. We are taking a similar approach with retail vendors. 
This will be in effect today through April 5, 2020, and we will let you know once we resume regular operations. Shipments created before today will be received at fulfillment centers.

We understand this is a change to your business, and we did not take this decision lightly. We are working around the clock to increase capacity and yesterday announced that we are opening 100,000 new full- and part-time positions in our fulfillment centers across the US.

For the safety of our employees, our headquarter location will be closed until further notice. Our office line will remain in operation as well as all team members being reachable online or via email.

As of right now, our operation will remain largely unaffected and we will continue striving to bring you consistent great value deals.

Due to market demands, you will see some products that we normally do not carry. You will also notice pricing that may be inflated past what goods have sold for in the past. Our company does not engage in price gouging or hoarding. We will always price products at the fair market value as well as based on our costs. These price increases are reflective of what it costs to obtain said merchandise. Due to heightened demand and low supply, costs may go up from the following factors: increased wages, higher than usual shipping costs (overnight parcel shipping vs containerloads), and other factors. Costs for goods can easily double or triple from the normal market price. 

However, since we do not know what tomorrow will bring, we urge you to make buying decisions in a rapid manner. Delays in decision making, payments, and shipping communications may have a greater impact on your purchases then they did in the past.

Further, we expect goods of all categories to get more expensive over time as global supply and production feels the impact of this event. Again, we urge you to plan your business decisions appropriately and rapidly.
