Selling FAQ:

Q: Does Palletfly buy goods outright?
A: Depending on a case by case basis. For the most part we try to facilitate a trade and avoid taking in products.

Q: Is there a fee to list an item on Palletfly?
A: No. At the moment there is no fee to list items on our site. Note that this may change at any time.

Q: How quickly do items sell on Palletfly?
A: Typically, really good deals will sell within a few hours

Q: Can I sell directly on Palletfly’s platform
A: We are working on a launch for the palletfly platform feature. Currently we only allow pre-approved vendors to list items with us.

Q: What kind of items can I offer Palletfly?
A: We buy and sell items in all categories. We suggest sending us your inventory sheet and allowing our team to go through it to find deals that would work for us.

Q: Do I need to hold goods in order for Palletfly to market them?
A: No. You will not be required to hold goods until we have a customer requesting to buy them.

Q: How long do deals stay up on Palletfly?
A: We keep deals up indefinitely. We only remove deals once you notify us that they are out of stock. (If you submit inventory sheets, we will update your items using that information)

Q: What if items are out of stock and someone places an order?
A: Palletfly will send you a notification of pending sale prior to accepting any orders. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified that the order has been cancelled.

Q: How will I be paid?
A: You will specify at the time of signup what payment terms you accept.

Q: What if I cannot deliver the goods, have a delay or need to change an order?
A: Please contact us for any changes to an order. Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order if the original PO terms are not met.

Q: Who will pay for and arrange the shipping on orders?
A: We require our buyers to handle shipments.

Q: Who sets the pricing per item on Palletfly’s site?
A: Palletfly reserves the right to change pricing at any time for any items listed.

Q: My items are knockoff of the original goods, stolen, or have other issues. Will Palletfly be able to help me sell these goods?
A: No. We require that all goods listed be 100% authentic and clear of all issues. If for any reason we have an issue, we will require that you provide us with a redact copy of an invoice showing that you purchased goods legitimately.

Q: I do not have authorization from the manufacturer giving me permission to sell this item. Can I still sell this item on Palletfly?
A: As long as goods you have do not violate any laws, we are able to list it on our site. It is your responsibility to seek legal counsel as to what laws are applicable.
